Model: Pathfinder -  The Pathfinder is a large sized six berth folding camper with cassette toilet, 240v mains, hot water, fridge, oven and sprung mattresses. Very easy to erect with gas spring assistance to lift beds over. Awnings are an optional extra.

Set up Instructions

External

• Apply brake, level with the jokey wheel and wind down the legs
• Level the trailer front to back, not side to side
• Turn on gas and remove any bits from the gas locker
• Remove cover, undo shock cord, fold in half then fold in half again
• Take back corners and bring them to the front centre of the trailer, making a triangle shape
• Now roll cover forwards, it can stay rolled above gas locker
• Remove the four tension poles that support the cover, place on the floor
• At the back of the trailer, pull out and lock bed support
• Unclip beds from body, lift back bed over first and fix to bed support with two Velcro straps
• Lift over front bed and fix support on trailer “A” frame
• Pull canvas down all round trailer
• Push all five roof pole sections up to their middle position
• Connect four tension poles, seat end poles between centre upright pole and rear upright pole
• The front end poles seat between centre upright and front upright pole
• Do up all zips to front trailer
• Attach canvas to body starting with the Velcro on the bed ends
• Then Velcro on main body and finally the shock cord under beds

Internal

• Step inside and lift toilet wall from over the wardrobe and fix to strap
• Lift wardrobe on hinge and slide onto cupboard, stand shelf unit to one side for now
• Take toilet door off the bed, stand by wardrobe and lay backrest on seats. Remove table and place on front of bed
• Lift hob into place, next to toilet.
• Raise toilet wall next to hob and clip into place, raise toilet wall next to bed, fix to strap and clip into place
• Fit shelf unit to back of hob then do up two clips on toilet wall
• Put toilet door into place and fix clips on inside, now clip top plate to toilet wall
• Sink can now be put into place
• Set up seats by placing backrest in place. Fit curtains by inserting poles and using hoops on roof lining

 

Fridge works on gas, 12v and mains 240v with ice box fitted. Hot water system is gas / mains 240v. Water heating system changed in later years to just mains 240v water heating. Mains 240v also charges a battery and works the 12v system. Oven, hob and grill are gas only
