Model: Cruiser - The Cruiser is a mid range six berth folding camper with fridge, mains 240v. Later models have sprung beds. Awnings are an optional extra. Please note: Early models mentioned below are till 2003, Later models are from 2004 - 2007. For 2008 models please see Pennine Pullman
Set up Instructions
External
- Apply brake, level with the jokey wheel and wind down the legs
- Level the trailer front to back, not side to side
- To remove cover, early models, undo shock cord fold and remove
- Later models, undo shock, fold in half then fold in half again
- Take back corners and bring them to the front centre of the trailer, making a triangle shape
- Now roll cover forwards, it can stay rolled above gas locker
- Long bed supports are used at the back, short at the front
- Undo door zip and lower door
- At the back of the trailer pull out and lock bed supports
- Early models, with bed support set in the short position, insert into chassis
- At the back of the trailer, lift poles and canvas whilst pulling bed out
- When fully out open zip and place pin in hole in runner, inside trailer
- Drop bed support down from under bed and fix straps
- Early models, insert bed supports into “A” frame and bed and pull out and up at same angle as supports
- Pull out until pin pops out and bed is locked into place
- Later models, pull beds up and out at same angle as supports till pin pops out
- Front beds lift poles and canvas and pull out bed
- When fully out place pin in hole in runner inside trailer
- Drop bed support down from under bed and fix straps
- Now lift bed at same angle as supports till pin pops out and bed is locked into place
Internal
- Step inside and place pins in slide to stop beds returning back in centre
- Upright pole locks into place by pulling top to centre and pushing locking plastic joint to make pole stand in upright position
- Lift wardrobe on hinge and sit on cupboard
- Remove seat cushions and stand on table to one side
- Lift sink / hob into place, hinged earlier models, no connections to make, later models.
- Later models lift into place then plug in gas, water and electric plug
- Fit the shelf unit if supplied onto sink, early models free stand on cupboard
- Set up seats by placing backrest in place
- Clip up inner tents and roof linings
- Curtains fit on wire attached to the poles
